Congratulations to Mark Bickerstaffe on winning the Suzuki Saint award

BCC Cars would like to congratulate Mark Bickerstaffe, Aftersales Advisor at BCC Suzuki Blackburn, for winning the Suzuki Saint award.

Suzuki GB set up the Saint Award to reward staff for their hard work and dedication after receiving personal acknowledgment from several customers who believe the individual has gone above and beyond with their customer service.

Mark Bickerstaffe has worked at BCC Suzuki Blackburn for over 15 years, starting as a Technician and working his way up to Master Technician. Two years ago, he decided he wanted to take on a new challenge and joined the service team as a Service Advisor with the ambition of becoming a Service Manager one day. He commented, 'I am delighted to have won the Suzuki saint award, this is a testament to the whole team at BCC Suzuki Blackburn, without their help and loyalty this award would not have been possible.'
