Whilst our showrooms remain closed under Government guidelines, we are open and available to take any orders for new and used cars, and answer any general enquiries. Please use the contact form below to send us your enquiry and we will respond as quickly as possible.

 

Key Workers Emergency Assistance

As of Monday 11th May, Aftersales and Servicing facilities at all sites are now open to manage any emergencies for Key Workers.

MOTs, Warranties and Servicing

Please do not be concerned about any time restraints on your manufacturer approved servicing as all manufacturers appreciate these challenging times. However, it is worth contacting us to add your name to our list of customers requiring servicing. We will then contact you to arrange as soon as we can. Please email our founder and Chairman at: mike.holt@bcccars.com

If your car is due an MOT, there is a period of grace during the current restrictions so you will not be liable for any penalties. Please contact us to be added to our list of MOTs and we will contact you on reopening to book your vehicle in. Email mike.holt@bcccars.com

 

Motability

Your Motability has been automatically extended for 6 months to cover the current restrictions. However, if your lease is due to expire during this time, or it has already, contact us now to discuss your next car. Manufacturers have ceased production during this time and there will be limited supplies available for a period. We can ensure you are sorted if you contact us now.
