BCC Citroen Sales ranked top UK dealer for customer satisfaction and third for Citroen Aftersales customer satisfaction throughout the whole of 2018.

We are proud to announce that BCC Citroen has officially been ranked as the top dealer group in the whole of the UK for sales customer satisfaction and ranked third for Citroen Aftersales customer satisfaction throughout 2018.

Steve Cox, Citroen Franchise Manager, added "This is a fantastic achievement for BCC. Well done to everyone who has played their part in making this result a reality.”

The awards are based on customer feedback surveys carried out between January 2018 and December 2018. The surveys focused on the customers' experience and how well the teams understood their customers’ needs when purchasing a new car from the dealerships or visiting the Aftersales departments.
